Red Bank Announces Expanded Classes For Active Older Adults

Beginning in July, Red Bank’s Active Older Adult (AOA) popular Qi Gong, Chair Yoga and Music Jam classes will expand to every Wednesday.  

The new schedule for the weekly classes is:
• Monday and Thursday – Guided Exercise at 10 a.m.;
• Wednesday – Qi Gong at 10 a.m.;
• Wednesday – Chair Yoga at 11:10 a.m.;
• Wednesday – Music Jam from 1–3 p.m.;
• Thursday – Game On (card and board games) from noon-2 p.m.; and
• Thursday – Bingo Loco from noon-1 p.m.

All classes will take place at the Red Bank Community Center, 3653 Tom Weathers Dr.

"We’re thrilled to expand our Wednesday offerings for Red Bank’s Active Older Adults,” said Tegan Barber, program coordinator at the Red Bank Community Center.
“Qi Gong, Chair Yoga, and Music Jam have become such beloved parts of our weekly schedule, and this expansion reflects the enthusiasm and energy our participants bring each week. We’re committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive and an engaging space where older adults can stay active, connect with others and have fun.”
