25-006963- 6600 BLK Hilton Drive- Disorder with a Weapon
Police were called to a domestic disorder where a firearm was pulled on a party. The reporting party was identified and stated he was choked out and a gun was pulled on him. After police spoke to the other party and saw footage from the ring camera system, it was determined that the original complainant was the primary aggressor and made multiple statements saying he was armed and going to kill the other man.

25-006957-5400 BLK Clemons Road-Disorder
Police responded to the listed address for a verbal disorder over a vehicle that was improperly parked.
The other party in the disorder left the scene prior to police arrival, the reporting person was advised to call in if there were any further issues.
25-006959 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Miscellaneous
Police were summoned to speak with a man in reference to a possible delayed robbery. According to the party, he went to a tow yard in Chattanooga to retrieve his RV from their possession and claimed a tow truck driver (unknown name) issued what he perceived to be threats towards his person and then took approximately $350 from him. Due to this incident occurring in Chattanooga, police advised the complainant he would need to speak with CPD regarding any allegations of being robbed. Officers also ascertained that the man may be experiencing some dementia like symptoms due to how he conveyed his account.
25-006964 – 1000 BLK John Ross Rd – Suspicious person
Police conducted a field interview at the above listed address with a male matching the description from an earlier suspicious person call at a bank. The subject identified himself and check revealed he had an active probation violation warrant out of Georgia, which was verified. He was subsequently transported to the Hamilton County Jail to await extradition. FI# 25-000092.
25-006965 – 3400 BLK Ringgold Road – Citizen Assist
Officers responded to room at the inn on E23rd Street after a man called reporting he had been robbed in East Ridge on the previous evening. According to him, he and a party he identified as “Tennessee”, came to the gas station for cigarettes and gas. He then claimed a lapse in memory but claimed he had been assaulted during the night, and his car, phone and wallet were stolen. After speaking with “Tennessee”, it was learned no crime was committed in East Ridge against the man, and his car was left in the Westside projects on Grove St. after experiencing an unknown operational issue. “Tennessee” alleged that the man was possibly assaulted in the Westside. Police located the vehicle and advised the complainant of its location, which seemed to satisfy his reporting need. No report was taken through ERPD.
25-006967-5400 BLK Clemons Road-Theft from a Vehicle
The victim reported to Police that the tag to her 2011 Chevy Cruze was stolen, no suspect is available. The plate was entered into NCIC as stolen.
25-006971-1500 BLK Prigmore-Backup Fire
Police assisted East Ridge Fire in making entry to the listed address to assist a fall victim. No property damage to report.
Night Shift July 1: D Squad
25-006986 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder with a weapon
Officers responded to the above address on a report of a disorder with a weapon. The store clerk reported to dispatch that a male had entered the store while holding a knife. Additionally, dispatch advised officers that the suspect may have threatened the clerk. Officers located the suspect sitting outside the store. Officers observed a red box cutter next to the suspect. The suspect was detained while officers investigated the incident. The clerk stated that he did not feel threatened by the suspect and declined to press charges. It was determined that the suspect was experiencing a mental health crisis. The suspect consented to being transported to a hospital for a mental health evaluation. A miscellaneous report was completed to document the incident.
25-006977 – 5300 BLK Oakdale Avenue – Check Hazard
Police spoke with a resident about their trailer obstructing the roadway. The resident apologized saying they moved in today and the trailer will be gone later.
25-006988 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Well-Being Check
An employee observed someone asleep on the sidewalk near the front entrance. The woman cooperated with police and was provided a courtesy ride to her home on South Seminole Road.
25-006979- 4100 BLK Ringgold Rd- Missing Person/Psychiatric Emergency
Police responded in reference to a missing person being located. Officers met with the missing person. She had been entered as missing by Chattanooga Police Department, and CPD was asking for an officer to place eyes on her so that she could be removed from NCIC. The woman agreed to willingly go with EMS for an evaluation.
25-006987-6600 BLK Ringgold Road-Warrant Service
Following a call that occurred at this location, a woman was arrested for a warrant out of Marion County for probation violation.
