Siskin Hospital Receives Approval For Joint Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility With Bradley Medical Center

  • Thursday, June 26, 2025
Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation and Bradley Medical Center have received approval from the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission to open a joint inpatient rehabilitation facility in Cleveland. The facility will reside in Bradley Medical Center’s Westside Campus, and significant renovations on the already existing building are set to begin in early fall.

“We are proud to expand our patient-centered care closer to home for the residents of Bradley County,” said Matthew Gibson, president and CEO of Siskin Hospital.
“Siskin Hospital and Bradley Medical’s mission philosophies align in what matters the most - providing the highest quality, compassionate care to every patient.”

Officials said, "Having served the Cleveland community for almost 20 years through its outpatient therapy clinic, Siskin Hospital recognized the area’s steady growth and need for inpatient rehabilitation services. The project originally began and was approved by the THFC in 2022 but paused during the Bradley Medical Center’s ownership transition to prioritize uninterrupted patient care and team stability."

“Since Aug. 1, 2024, Bradley Medical Center/Vitruvian Health has invested more than $200 million to improve healthcare in Cleveland and Bradley County. Adding inpatient rehabilitation services in partnership with Siskin Hospital has always been a part of our strategic initiatives for the community,” said Lisa Lovelace, president and CEO of Bradley Medical Center.

"Since opening in 1990, Siskin Hospital has not only provided superior patient results, but also given hope back to individuals suffering from life-altering conditions," officials said.
