U.S. Air Force Veteran Retired From Yellow Freight

Wade Brammer, 80, of Harrison, Tennessee, passed away Monday, May 19, 2025, at a local hospital.
Mr. Brammer was a native of Franklin County, Tn., and had lived most of his life in the Chattanooga area. He was a United Stated Air Force veteran and was a truck driver by trade. He retired in 2007 from Yellow Freight. Mr. Brammer enjoyed being outside. He loved to fish, ride side by sides, work in the yard and around the house, and he loved to eat.
He was preceded in death by his father Marvin Brammer; mother, Iris Hardin; and three brothers, Bobby Hardin, David Hardin, and Jerry Hardin.
Survivors include his son, Richard (Reba) Brammer; two sisters, Joyce Brammer and Sherry Humphrey; one brother, Arthur Hardin; four grandchildren, Chris Brammer, J.P. Brammer, Becky Dunn, and Lori Dunn; great grandchildren, Syler Brammer and Liam Brammer; and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville.
